Seal, Coat, Stripe and Paving

**As of May 22, 2023, project was awarded to Surface Masters, but awarded amount is not available.** Seal coat and stripe parking lot and drive located at the Cartersville middle school. Remove and replace asphalt parking lot at Cartersville city schools administrative annex. 1. SCOPE OF WORK AND LOCATION A. Seal coat & install pavement markings @ the Cartersville Middle School Located at 825 Douthit Ferry Road, Cartersville Georgia. 2 coats of"seal coating" are required to be applied for this RFP. 2. PREPERATION FOR SEAL COAT A. Clean parking lots and track area ofany debris by method of sweeping or blowing of surface B. Cold patch all potholes C. Fill cracks with filler 3. PAVEMENT MARKINGS A. Traffic lanes, parking stalls, handicap parking, directional arrows and all numbering must to be painted back to original format. B. Apply paint with mechanical equipment to uniform straight lines. C. Use quick dry marking paint. D. Block off entrance areas until paint is dry
