Commonwealth Service Center Paving and Drainage Improvements

This project includes demolition, installation of new parking areas, pavement, sidewalks and landscaping to provide additional parking/movement areas for the Commonwealth Service Center (CWSC) located at 6674 Commonwealth Road, Jacksonville, Florida. New asphalt parking areas are to be constructed to improve parking and safety aspects of the existing service center. This project also includes landscaping improvements to meet the requirements of the City of Jacksonville for off-street parking improvements. Construction is expected to take ninety (90) days from start to finish due to phasing of work and relocating fleet assets in parking area throughout facility. Construction must start by 6/17/20 and must be 100% completed by 9/15/2020. These dates may be modified by JEA if necessary due to delays on JEA’s behalf when issuing the contract.
