Clarkston Campus CD Building Install Screw Chiller and Replace AHU Cooling Coil

• To Replace existing AHU with a new VAV AHU with VFD. • Demolish existing Compressors and outdoor Condensers • Demolish existing Terminal Mixing Boxes and all fiberglass duct board dual ductwork in corridor ceiling space and select administration areas • Install new centrifugal pumps with VFDs; 1 Hot Water and 1 Chilled Water • Install one (1) new air-cooled screw chiller • Install one (1) new energy recovery unit • Install separate steel support structures for air-cooled screw chiller and energy recovery unit • Install all new VAV hot water coil terminal units, air distribution, and medium pressure ductwork • Convert from pneumatic to DDC controls • Install new 2x2 ceilings in corridors and select administrative areas • Replace 2x4 light fixtures with Owner provided LED light fixtures • Replace wall grills and other ceiling registers.
