| Description | Reference Number 0000320422 Question Acceptance Deadline 06/01/2023 04:00 PM EDT The Village of Buchanan may elect to utilize the unit prices bid under this contract (Contract No. TE 2023.03) for re-paving work associated with the Village during this year's paving season. All work related to the Village of Buchanan shall be under separate contract and requirements between the Contractor awarded the project and the Village of Buchanan. The Village of Buchanan shall be responsible for their own administration of the contract, inspection and payment directly to the Contractor. Any liability created as a result of a contract entered into between the Village of Buchanan and the Contractor shall be the sole responsibility of such entities.
