| Description | This project is in cooperation with the City of Philomath/Benton County and it constructs the Citys downtown streetscape vision on South 13th Street which is under County jurisdiction. The project helps meet the County 2040 Thriving Communities Initiative by playing a part in reaching the Core Value of Vibrant, Livable Communities by enhancing safety for the traveling public. Fiscal Year: 2021-2023 As of May 9, 2023, a design team has been identified. Construction began in November 2022 and is expected to be completed in July 2024. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
