Description | Contractors with at least 5 years of experience to maintain the 110,000-gallon swimming pool and related filtration system located at 210 SE 134th Avenue, Micanopy, Florida. 2.0 Personnel The contractor shall furnish certified personnel with the technical skills, knowledge, and experience to safely complete all maintenance work. 3.0 Materials The contractor will furnish, for the term of this contract, all chemical, labor, personal safety equipment, cleaning supplies/products and equipment and other devices or kits required for the maintenance of the swimming pool and swimming pool water. A complete list with descriptions of each of the above-mentioned items will be provided to the Camp Manager 10 days after the start of services including monthly quantities. Provide a complete binder of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for chemicals used to the Camp Manager. 4.0 General Maintenance - Minimum Requirements During the months of May thru September, on at least a weekly basis and during the months of October thru April, on at least a monthly basis: a. Clean pool bottom, side walls, and stairs. b. Remove obstructions and debris from the deck c. Check pool area for insects, mold, rodents, etc. Report findings to the Camp Manager immediately. d. Verify that all life safety equipment is in its designated place. Report any missing or broken equipment to the Camp Manager. e. Proper cleaning and maintenance of the filtration system to include but not limited to, pumps, chlorination system, sand filters, drains, and jets. Report deficiencies to the Camp Manager immediately. |
