Description

Qualified firm to provide design and engineering services for the expansion of the existing Martha Cooper Library. The Project consists of a 6,000 - 7,000 square foot expansion to the existing library. The expansion will include additional staff area, a larger meeting room, additional space for collections, study rooms, expanded children’s and teen’s areas. This Project shall modify the existing library necessary for structural integration, renovations necessary to connect existing spaces to new spaces, and modifications necessary to align to the functional space program. Site work will include additional parking and modifications of the landscape and hardscape elements as required for the expansion.
