Description

Scope of work consists of deferred maintenance including new roofing, restroom upgrades, replacement of AHU’s and related electrical systems. Interior renovations include new classroom lighting, doors, restrooms, and finishes. Exterior improvements include new site lighting, parking lot upgrades, lift station improvements and utility repairs. all required site and utility upgrades. Portions of the campus will be occupied during construction and, as directed by the Owner, construction shall be phased.
