Water Treatment Plant #11 - Wellheads & Water Mains

Installation of two new wellheads (Wells No. 41 and 42) and related appurtenances and sitework, installation of a new raw water main connecting the wells to WTP 11 and installation of new potable water mains to replace existing aging mains. The deadline for questions for this bid is May 31, 2023. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in the proposals and to re-advertise for proposals. The City also reserves the right to separately accept or reject any item or items of a proposal and to award and/or negotiate a contract in the best interest of the City Engineers Estimate for this project is $1,500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
