Meadowood Main Office Remodel

Meadowood Main Office Remodel and Addition: Renovation and expansion of existing building. The final configuration will include renovation of existing offices, employee restroom, mechanical and IT rooms, and break area, and the addition will include new public restrooms, lobby and reception are, conference room, and outdoor patio. The construction primarily consist of, but not limited to: concrete footings, slab on grade, wood wall and roof framing, batt insulation, asphalt shingle roof, vinyl siding, and traditional miscellaneous finishes (gyp. board, ceramic tile, and painting). In addition, site work includes grading, small concrete parking area, minor asphalt replacement, landscape pavers, utilities, and seeding. It is anticipated, the project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
