Description

** This project has been awarded to the apparent low bidder Rife Masonry. ** Please view the e-Builder Portal Contractor Bidding Instructions Document for detailed information on accessing the bid package and submitting bids. Bidders are encouraged to log into the bid portal and submit a draft proposal at least 24 hrs. prior to bid opening. Bids can be withdrawn and resubmitted until the bid opening time shown above This project provides for EXTERIOR BRICK REPAIRS with cleaning, tuckpointing, select brick replacement, sheet metal flashing, and other related work, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Engineers Probable Opinion of Cost ranges from $237,500 to $262,500. Any questions regarding the contract documents can be directed to Craig Andersen, P.E., at 360-753-8709 or canderse@ci.olympia.wa.us. If necessary, questions will be answered via an addendum. Any questions regarding the use of the Project Bid Portal for bidding can be directed to Tiffany Cox, Contract Specialist at 360-753-8062. The City of Olympia reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities in the bidding process. The prime contractor on a City contract of $50,000 or more shall comply with Olympias Equal Benefits Ordinance, Olympia Municipal Code Chapter 3.18. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished for that purpose, and each proposal must be accompanied by bid bond, or certified check made payable to the City of Olympia, in an amount of not less than (5) percent of the total bid amount. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
