| Description | The Work under this contract includes the following: 1. Installation of a new 12” HDPE forcemain by horizontal directional drilling and 12” PVC forcemain by open cut. 2. Routing of an existing 4” PVC forcemain to an existing sanitary sewer manhole. 3. Connection of the new forcemain to existing systems. 4. Abandonment, grouting, and/or removal of the existing 4” and 10” PVC forcemain. 5. Significant clearing and installation of slope stabilization (gabion baskets) at forcemain canal crossings (base bid) and along the north side of the Lakeside apartment complex (additive alternate #1). 6. Minor demolition and restoration. |
