Warren Road Pump Station Replacement Project, Contract ARPA 23-1. Construction of the Warren Rd Pump Station Replacement Project in Auburn, MA, includes: Demolition/proper disposal and abatement of the existing pump station building and other applicable items; install new 4-inch HDPE force main, new duplex submersible pumps and appurtenances; instrumentation & controls and electrical equipment; and appurtenant site work and grading, as well as furnishing and installation of a new diesel generator, installation of new underground electrical conduits, paving, environmental controls, loaming and seeding and all other items required to provide a completed operational pump station as shown on the drawings. The required contract completion period is 180 consecutive days. The scope of work includes demolition and proper disposal and abatement of the existing Warren Road pump station building, electrical equipment, pumps, piping, valves and controls and other applicable items; new 4-inch HDPE force main by way of slip lining, new duplex submersible pumps, piping and valves; instrumentation & control panels (integrated with the Town's SCADA system) with new level controls and electrical equipment; and appurtenant site work and grading. The Project will also include excavation, dewatering, handling of existing wastewater flows, temporary bypass pumping, installation of new precast manholes, installation of new submersible level transducer, flow meter, emergency back-up high level alarm float, furnishing and installation of a new diesel generator, installation of new underground electrical conduits, paving, environmental controls, loaming and seeding and all other items required to provide a completed operational pump station as shown on the drawings at the Warren Road Pump Station, including all labor, material and equipment necessary to complete the Work.
