Description

Location: 32 and 44 Pius Street. Plans call to restore a former convent and convert it into an apartment building. The project appeared before the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the City of Pittsburgh on November 4, 2021. No other applications or building permits have been submitted. As of September 29, 2022, an architect has been selected; however information regarding the general contractor has not been disclosed. This project is currently on hold.
