| Description | The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract to furnish, place and compact 2-inches of Level 4, ½ Dense ACP Mixture, cold plane pavement removal at 2-inches, provide and apply tack coat, furnish and install temporary pavement markings, furnish and install permanent striping and traffic control for the benefit of ODOT. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. Furnish, place and compact 2 inches of Level 4, half inch Dense ACP Mixture, cold plane pavement removal at 2 inches, provide and apply tack coat, furnish and install temporary pavement markings, furnish and install permanent striping and traffic control. Complete all Work to be done under the Contract not later than June 30, 2023. Work can begin upon notice to proceed and not before June 12, 2023. Substantially complete all Work to be done under the Contract not later than June 25, 2023. |
