Project Description and Scope: Ohkay Owingeh Housing Authority is requesting qualified proposals from licensed Contractors to provide New Construction Services for multiple single-family homes at Ohkay Owingeh Reservation. The following services will be procured; Plumbing/HVAC, Electric, Stucco/Drywall/Insulation/Paint, Flooring. These will be Not To Exceed (NTE) contracts for up to 20 homes. Bids will be submitted with Unit Pricing. Please put "New Homes NTE" in the subject line of email requests, and specify which trades you wish to bid.
