Work will be done in phases over an 8 week schedule to keep the restaurant open. Areas will be sectioned off for work & completed. Then move to the next phase. This means that not all demo, or painting, etc can be done at the same time as there will be multiple mobilizations per trade. Demo (wall panels), removing hutch from wall without damaging, removing ceiling decor, removing decor above bar. Removing walls. Interior framing (build some new walls & soffits) and millwork (chair rail, molding, crown molding). Note: Millwork finished pieces to be provided by Fado. Will need to move the door opening to the men's room (framing). Minor tile work (due to moving the door). Drywall installation (wall & ceiling). Minor HVAC duct work. Alot of painting. Stain. Wallpaper Hanging. Storefront - bifold or sliding windows to replace existing (GA National already quoted). Electrician to swap out light fixtures. Some new wiring will be necessary. Moving emergency strobe lighting & emergency lights. TV Installation. Wood flooring to feather in to match existing. Decor installation (i.e. hanging pictures, mirrors). Install Stainless Steel counter top / service bars. Glass railing L&M.
