Patterson Park and Franklin Street Improvements

Goals: MBE’s WBE’s, and SBE’s are encouraged to apply. The project work is comprised of furnishing all equipment, labor, material, plant, and superintendence to perform all work necessary for the improvements to convert existing street into pedestrian plaza including new concrete and brick sidewalks, granite and concrete curbing, tree planters, lighting, landscaping, parking lot and street paving as associated works. Locations of Work: Work included in this Contract is located on sections of E Main Street (Route 202), Franklin Street, and Volkman Lane in Torrington, Connecticut.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
