PROJECT OVERVIEW: Landlord Work for demising of existing space. Tenant Interior Renovatations for Five Below Tenant Interior Renovations for Michaels SCOPE & BIDDING NOTES: All Contractors: Please provide separate pricing in your quote for Landlord work, Five Below and Michaels. Provide a combined price if you were to be awarded two or three of the projects. It is not necessary to bid all three projects in order to provide a quote. However, the work will be happening simultaneously. If you quote multiple projects, please confirm that you have the necessary manpower to support the required work. Shell and tenant interiors will be run simultaneously, as much as possible, and be coordinated for the most efficient construction schedule. HVAC: RTU's for Michael's and Five Below have already been purchased by ICSI (see attached PO's). Please include costs to receive and unload new units and remove any existing units. Fire Sprinkler: Design Build with Michaels to have it's own seperate system. See prototype drawings for criteria. Five Below and all other Landlord spaces to be on another system.
