RFP-Design Build For a Solar Photovoltaic System on the Capped Landfill

The Town of Bedford, New Hampshire (Town) isseeking a proposal from a professional Solar Energy firm (Respondents) to design, permit, procure, construct, interconnect, and commission a solar photovoltaic array at the Town-owned capped landfill parcel at 77 Chubbuck Road, Bedford, NH 03110 (Premises), as further described in Section 2 of this Request for Proposals The Town seeks responses from firms with the proven requisite experience designing, developing, constructing, operating, maintaining, and ultimately decommissioning Solar PV Systems on capped landfills. Questions Due to the Town June 1, 2023 Bond: Performance(100%), Payment(100%) The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this request, or to cancel in part or in its entirety this RFP.
