Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Miami Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,732-square-foot clubhouse / community center. The Country Club roof repairs and replacement consist of approximately 4,200 sq. ft. and the Maintenance Building roof repairs and replacement consist of approximately 5,532 sq. ft.
