Project Title: Pier Romeo Design-Build Recapitalization Project in North Charleston, SC The work involves design and construction services to demolish the existing derelict structures and construct a dedicated pier, access ramp(s), floating dock and associated shore infrastructure and improvements necessary to support the berthing of NOAA ships on a longterm basis. Planned shore infrastructure includes design and construction of a new 5,000 square foot (SF) warehouse as well as a seawall and living shoreline. The full scope of the required services is outlined in Section C, Schematic Drawings and applicable attachments in Section J.
