Description | The Project consists of the construction of a new school district transportation cooperative facility including the new approximately 15,000 s.f building, housing vehicle service/ repair bavs andtransportation department administration area and associated sitework. The building includes the delegated design for the pre-engineered steel buulding, associated interior structures and sitework. Sitework includes bus and transportation parking lot with staff and visitor parking lots. Submission of Alternate Bids and List of HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical subcontractors is due by 3:00 pm on July 20, 2022 at the same location listed above. List of Structural Steel Installers and Rebar Installers is due by 2:00 p.m. on July 22, 2022 at the same location listed above. All work will be under a single contract. The estimated base bid project cost is $6,200,000. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond, with a State-licensed surety in an amount not less than five percent (5%) ofthe bid, made payable to the Sultan School District. Notice to Proceed is anticipated on or before August 10, 2022, Substantial Completion is established for December 10, 2023. Final completion shall be no later than januarv 10, 2024. No Bidder may withdraw or modify its Bid after the time set for the Bid opening until after 45 calendar days from the bid opening date.
