Description | The City of Glendale is Soliciting Quotes for Fencing Replacement at Brand Park Doctor House and Wilson Mini-park No Person, Firm or Corporation Shall Be Allowed to Submit More Than One Bid/quote in Response to This Request. If Any Vendor Submits More Than One Price or Bid for the Same Request for Quote, All Bids Will Be Rejected. Email and Fax Submittals Shall Not Be Accepted. B 1.2 DEMOLISHED MATERIALS SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE DAILY AND DISPOSED OF PROPERLY. B 1.3 CLEAR WORK SITE OF VEGETATION, AS NEEDED FOR FENCE INSTALLATION. B 1.4 INSTALL APPROXIMATELY 300 LINEAL FEET OF 6' TALL WROUGHT IRON FENCING WITH 2.5" SQUARE LINE POST 11 GAUGE STEEL AT 8' ON CENTER, 1.5" TOP AND BOTTOM RAILS 14 GAUGE STEEL, AND .75" PICKETS 14 GAUGE STEEL AT 4" ON CENTER. ALL POST CAPS SHALL BE METAL. B 1.5 DO NOT ATTACH TO STRUCTURES, PLACE END POST NEXT TO ANY AND ALL STRUCTURES. B 1.6 ALL PANEL TO POST CONNECTIONS SHALL BE WELDED AND PICKET TO RAIL CONNECTIONS SHALL BE WELDED B 1.7 LINE POSTS SHALL BE SET IN CONCRETE FOUNDATIONS MIN. 36" DEEP B 1.8 PROVIDE AND INSTALL 1" X 10' 11 GAUGE TOP AND BOTTOM MOUNTING RAIL FOR BRONZE PLAQUES (X2). WILSON AVENUE, GLENDALE, CA 91206 B 1.12 REMOVE AND DISPOSE OF THE EXISTING FENCE, POSTS, AND FOUNDATIONS (APPROXIMATELY 220 LINEAL FEET). B 1.13 DEMOLISHED MATERIALS SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE DAILY AND DISPOSED OF PROPERLY. B 1.14 CLEAR WORK SITE OF VEGETATION, AS NEEDED FOR FENCE INSTALLATION. B 1.15 INSTALL APPROXIMATELY 220 LINEAL FEET OF 3' TALL WROUGHT IRON FENCING WITH 1.5" SQUARE LINE POST 11 GAUGE STEEL AT 8' ON CENTER, 1.5" TOP AND BOTTOM RAILS 14 GAUGE STEEL, AND .50" PICKETS 14 GAUGE STEEL AT 4" ON CENTER. ALL POST CAPS SHALL BE METAL. B 1.16 NEW FENCE PANELS SHALL MATCH THE EXISTING ORNAMENTAL ARCH DESIGN B 1.17 DO NOT ATTACH TO BUILDINGS, PLACE END POST NEXT TO BUILDINGS. B 1.18 ALL PANEL TO POST CONNECTIONS SHALL BE WELDED AND PICKET TO RAIL CONNECTIONS SHALL BE WELDED B 1.19 LINE POSTS SHALL BE SET IN CONCRETE FOUNDATIONS MIN. 24" DEEP B 1.20 FIELD VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS. CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE AND INSTALL EQUAL AMOUNT OF FENCING DAILY TO MAINTAIN PERIMETER SECURITY. B 1.24 CONDUCT SITE WORK BETWEEN 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM B 1.25 THE CONTRACTOR WILL HAVE ACCESS TO PARKING ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING. B 1.26 CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLETE FENCE PANEL FABRICATION OFF-SITE B 1.27 POSSESS A VALID CALIFORNIA CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE (B OR C-13) AND MAINTAIN IT IN GOOD STANDING DURING THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE PROJECT B 1.29 PROJECT SUBMITTALS SHALL BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED BEFORE ANY WORK BEGINS. B 1.30 PROVIDE ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION INCLUDING PLANS TO ATTAIN CITY PERMITS. CITY WILL PAY FOR ALL CITY PERMITS AT TIME OF ISSUING. B 1.31 WORK SITE SHALL BE KEPT CLEAN AND SAFE AT ALL TIMES. B 1.32 WORK SITE AND MATERIALS ON SITE SHALL BE SECURED DAILY B 1.33 ALL EMPLOYEES OF THE CONTRACTOR AND ANY SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL MAINTAIN A PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE AND WEAR COMPANY IDENTIFICATION AT ALL TIMES. B 1.34 UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT SUBMIT ALL CLOSEOUT DOCUMENTATION. B 1.35 THE PROJECT SHALL BE COMPLETE IN 30 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER RECEIVING EQUIPMENT ON SITE.
