Lower Yoder Sanitary/Storm Sewer Separation Project Phase III

The Contract is divided into two (2) project areas, Project Area 1 and Project Area 2. Interested Bidders will submit one bid for both Project Areas. Project Area 1 consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 11,840 linear feet of existing 10 inch sewer line, approximately 2,506 linear feet of existing 12 inch sewer line, and the rehabilitation of approximately 63 sanitary manholes and related work. Project Area 2 consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 1,502 linear feet of existing 8 inch sewer line, approximately 170 linear feet of existing 10 inch sewer line, approximately 4 manholes, and the rehabilitation of approximately 546 linear feet of 4 inch service laterals, and construction of approximately 1,337 linear feet of 4 inch service laterals and related work. Project Area 2 will also include storm sewer work consisting of the construction of approximately 2,235 linear feet of 15 inch storm line, approximately 1,626 linear feet of 18 inch storm line, approximately 28 inlets, and construction of approximately 8 storm manholes and related work.
