Exploration Green Detention Facility Phase 3A

Work consists of the excavation of a detention pond and backslope swales including additional grading outside the upper bank, the removal and disposal of all unnecessary excavation and materials off-site at a location determined by the Contractor, the removal of existing storm sewer lines, and existing storm sewer manholes. The work includes to remove any existing portions of A.C. waterline per OSHA standards, the installation of backslope interceptor structures and HDPE outfalls to the proposed pond, the installation of an outfall structure and overflow swale, the installation of storm sewer manholes with grate inlet tops and outfall pipes, the installation of a storm sewer manhole with frame and cover, the installation of type “E” inlets, the installation of 2-inch PVC conduit for future aeration system wiring, installation of 2-inch purple polytubing reclaimed irrigation line, placement of a 6-inch thick, 10 foot wide concrete trail, preparing seed bed in all areas within the filter fabric fencing to the normal water surface elevation, placing native grass seed mix and/or wildflower mix in the area within the filter fabric fencing to the top of the wetland area and hydro mulching of seeded areas and site cleanup.
