The Contractor shall commence work under this Contract after the date of receipt by him of Notice to Proceed, on or near Thursday July 5, 2023 and shall substantially complete the work by Friday, April 19, 2024. The time stated for completion shall include allowances for inspections, completion of items requiring further attention and final clean-up of premises. Final completion of all work shall be completed by no later than May 17, 2024 The Work consists of remodeling an existing 11,836 square foot former Wells Fargo Building and constructing a 200 square foot on grade Sherrifís Department office addition and 370 square foot vestibule and elevator addition to the existing facility. The Work includes general, mechanical, electrical, temperature control, and site improvements as shown on the Contract Documents. Estimated total cost of the project: $2,500,000.
