Montrose Readiness Center Shower Expansion and Remodel

Bids to expand and remodel the Male and Female Showers . The existing toilet and shower rooms are located near the northeast corner of the drill hall. The work will include the selective demolition of existing walls, slab, finishes and fixtures. A lead removal project by others will include some selective demolition prior to this project starting. The main focus of this project is replacing the communal shower rooms with individual shower and dressing stalls. The new shower stalls will be created by expanding into an existing office / storage area and a fitness room. Mechanical and Electrical modifications will support the new layout. Areas of the existing bathroom space will remain in place with little modification. The existing 687 SF bathroom and shower area is to be expanded by approximately 270 SF. The adjacent office and storage areas of about 256 SF are to receive new finishes, modified lighting and HVAC.
