Mapleshade School Paving Project

The work involved in this Contract includes, but is not limited to: 1 1/2 mill and overlay of Mapleshade School rear parking lot, where directed; the adjustment of Town manholes, catch basins and water valve boxes; the resurfacing (with one or more of the following types or mix, i.e. top mix, modified top mix, and base mix on gravel) of the full width of the parking lot pavement; the restoration of tree belts with loam or trap rock granular adjacent to such pavement (non-pay item), and any other work necessary to complete the job. Any plans and documents, specifications, and bid forms will be available starting May 17, 2023 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and can be obtained at the Department of Public Works in Town Hall East Longmeadow, 60 Center Square, East Longmeadow, MA., telephone number 413-525-5400
