Description | The Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District (District) Facilities Maintenance Department presently supports and maintains an Administrative Office (AO), Foothills Field Office (FFO), Rancho San Antonio County Park (RSACP) 2 restrooms and 5 accompanying garbage receptacle locations (garbage and recycling), South Area Office (SAO), Skyline Field Office (SFO), Skyline Nature Center (NC), and Coastal Area Outpost (CAO). The Facilities Maintenance Department administers the current maintenance services contract for the custodial services and will continue to do so with the company selected to perform work described in this RFB. AO: 5050 El Camino Real, Los Altos Ca 94022 (60,000 SQ FT) FFO: 22500 Cristo Rey Drive Cupertino Ca 95014 (6000 sq ft) RSACP: 22500 Cristo Rey Drive Cupertino Ca 95014 (1200 sq ft) SAO: 240 Cristich Lane, Campbell Ca 95008 (5624 sq ft) SFO: 22150 Skyline Ranch Road, La Honda Ca 94020 (4800 SQ FT) NC: 22150 Skyline Ranch Road, La Honda Ca 94020 (250 SQ FT) CAO: 5710 La Honda Road La Honda Ca 94020 (800 SQ FT) The scope of work includes custodial services for some or all of the foregoing buildings and facilities for 5 days (M-F) weekly service at the AO, 1 day/week service for FFO, SAO, SFO, and CAO, NC biweekly, and 7-day/week service at RSACP (restrooms and garbage receptacles). The Scope of Work and other requirements are outlined in more detail in Exhibits A, B, and C. A map of the Project locations is included in Exhibit D. Provide custodial services for a number of district facilities, restrooms, and garbage receptacles in accordance with the Contract Documents. This includes cleaning the floors/carpets, removing the garbage, disinfecting common surfaces, restocking toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. The use of all pesticides (including but not limited to rodenticide, insecticide, or virucide) used must comply with the District's IPM Program and receive written permission from the District's IPM Coordinator prior to use. The selected contractor is responsible for maintaining the appropriate license for pesticide applications and providing the annually mandated pesticide safety training for all applicators and handlers. All cleaning chemicals used must have SDS sheet. Please see attached Exhibits A, B, C, and D for more details. May 24, 2023 - 12:00 p.m. - Deadline for Bidders to pose questions.
