| Description | The scope of work for this project will include complete removal of all existing ceilings, lighting, mechanical equipment, ductwork, piping, and controls as required by the contract documents. New systems and components will be installed per the contract documents. Georgia State University is upgrading the mechanical HVAC systems in Sparks Hall. The first phase of the project installed one roof-top DOAS unit and a portion of the 4th floor HVAC system. Phase 2 of the project completed the HVAC system on the 4th floor, installed a second DOAS unit on the roof and partially replaced the 3rd floor HVAC system. Phase 3 will complete the 3rd floor HVAC system. |
