Professional engineering services including civil engineering, landscape consulting, programming/master planning, architectural & engineering design/consulting, inspection certification svcs, testing/geotechnical, hazardous materials service, commissioning services. Services of qualified firms/individuals to perform Building Envelope Commissioning services. The services of this solicitation include (but are not limited to) the following envelope commissioning related tasks that occur at the various stages of the project: Design Services Design consultation / analysis of envelope systems and materials Design reviews Coordination with design team and consultants including energy engineer and commissioning agent Contribution to design documents including development of performance requirements, OPR, specifications, and design details Develop BECx plan/ testing requirements to meet specific project needs Pre-Construction Services Submittal reviews Construction Services OAC participation/Coordination and communication with Contractor Functional performance testing of envelope systems Site inspections, observations and reporting Post-Occupancy Services Final reporting Training Site visit and review
