Annual Maintenance - Interior Painting

Provide interior painting services to including all labor, equipment and paint, sealer, spackle, and caulk materials for properties owned and/or managed by the Loveland Housing Authority (LHA). Remove nails, staples, tape, and tacks; fill in gouges/dents/holes no larger than 1” in diameter and texture to match existing; seal small areas such as ten or crayon; fill nail holes; caulking around windows, trim, and countertops.
