Structural Columns Capital Repairs National Zoological Park General Services Building

Project Description: The Work includes, but is not limited to: • Remove existing paving and roofing down to concrete structural slab to conduct column capital repairs. • Repair column capitals as shown on the construction documents. • Surface preparing of existing deck and installation of new water proofing, insulation and paving systems as shown on the construction documents to achieve a watertight durable roof and parking assembly • Demolition of the FONZ trailer, grading and landscaping the areas shown in the construction documents around the gravel lot. • Removal and Replacement of two trailers (Sheds) presently on the parking lot. • Sequence work to allow for limited parking to be available at all times. • Repairing a concrete beam inside the building.
