1 Site Concrete Stairs: Replace the badly cracked concrete service stairs, at the front sidewalk. 2Handrails: Install galvanized steel pipe handrails on both front yard stairs. 3 Scrub Trees and Yard Cleaning: Remove all scrub trees, vines, and brush from the site, including all scrub growing through the fencing. Remove all garbage from the site. 4Tree Trimming - Rear Shade Tree: A.) Cut back the branches which are encroaching on the house, to create a 12' separation. B.) Carefully remove all branches near the electrical service wiring. If necessary, coordinate with We Energies for direction and/or assistance. Dispose of all waste - including the brush cut down by the owner. 5Abandon former parking space: Install a treated 4x4 wood post midway between the Southeast corner of the garage, and the South property line, to prevent cars from parking in this area. Apply grass seed over the existing soil. (The owner shall water the grass seed, until it has germinated and grown.) 6Overhead Garage Doors and Structure: Remove the existing overhead doors. Temporarily support the overhead roof structure, then remove the existing structural headers, and masonry piers. Install new structural wood posts and headers for two garage door openings, with one 18' wide and one 9' wide overhead garage doors. Install fiber cement, PVC, and or vinyl exterior trim and door seals, around the openings - finish paint.
