The work shall consist of, but not limited to the remodel of existing Graphics Department within the Cosmetology Building. The work includes demolition of existing walls and ceilings, modification of mechanical ductwork, supply and return air, lights, electrical, installation of a new partitions and ceilings, and all related plumbing as provided in construction documents (drawings and specifications). The work will take place within the specified area designated within this contracts documents.
