Description

The work shall consist of, but not limited to the remodel of existing Graphics Department within the Cosmetology Building. The work includes demolition of existing walls and ceilings, modification of mechanical ductwork, supply and return air, lights, electrical, installation of a new partitions and ceilings, and all related plumbing as provided in construction documents (drawings and specifications). The work will take place within the specified area designated within this contracts documents. The District is not responsible for or liable to Bidders for: (i) inaccessibility of the Electronic portal; or (ii) untimely, incomplete or inaccurate data submitted through Electronically All interested parties should report to Campus Police Department to obtain a temporary parking permit and directions to the job walk location. Parking permit is required Any and all questions must be submitted Electronically . Specifically Bid Affirmation; Contractor Qualifications; Non-Collusion; Statement of Compliance; uploaded that have been signed with a pen, or applying a picture of a signature, or scanned after the document was digitally signed will cause the bid to be rejected for non responsiveness. The Contractor shall include in the bid all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, services, incidentals, taxes and materials for a complete working project in conformance with the Contract Documents. Pursuant to section 22300 of the Public Contract Code, the Contractor may substitute a deposit of securities in lieu of the Los Rios Community College District withholding any moneys to ensure Contractors performance under the Contract, or alternatively, request that the Los Rios Community College District make payment of retentions earned directly to Banner Bank as the escrow agent at the expense of Contractor pursuant to the escrow instructions included herein. The provisions of Public Contract Code section 22300 are incorporated herein by reference as though set forth in full, and shall govern the substitution of securities and/or escrow account.
