Bryan Parkway & Bloomingdale Area (SH-02D, Part 2, Phase 1) Sewer Rehabilitation

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Work consists of the replacement of approximately 3,280 linear feet of 8- and 10-inch and the curedin-place rehabilitation of approximately 4,195 linear feet of 8- to 18-inch sanitary sewer main in the Bryan Parkway and Bloomingdale Area; the rehabilitation of approximately 48 sewer laterals; the replacement of approximately 130 sanitary sewer laterals; the replacement of 10 manholes; the rehabilitation of 26 manholes; the replacement of approximately 39 water service laterals; and providing all other work as required by the Contract Documents in order to provide a complete system as described herein. The project is located at Bryan Parkway and Bloomindale Area, Henrico, VA. Time is of the essence, and any bidder that attempts to submit a bid after the appointed hour for submission, will be unable to, as ProcureWare automatically closes the bid. The time of receipt shall be determined by the time clock in ProcureWare. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that their bid is submitted in ProcureWare by the deadline indicated.
