| Description | Ararat River Watershed Dam Inspections, Assessments, and Plans The County of Patrick is seeking proposals from qualified professional firms for Professional Engineer Dam Inspections, Dam Break/Inundation Studies to include hazard classifications, and development of Operations Maintenance and Inspection Plans (OMI), Emergency Action Plans (EAP) and or Emergency Preparedness Plans (EPP) as applicable, all in accordance with the requirements of the Virginia Dam Safety Act and Virginia Impounding Structure Regulations, for the Ararat River Watershed Flood Control Dams #2, #17, #28, #32, #63, #64, and 69, all owned and operated by the County of Patrick, VA.
