29 JUN 2023- See attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Request for Quote) M0026423Q0114 forcomplete requirement details. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 561210 - Facilities Support Services with a size standard of $47M. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) and subsequent order are set-aside exclusively for only those authorized Small Businesses. Quotes from other than these vendors will not be considered. See FAR 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 Addendums of this solicitation for detailed information regarding submission of quotes. 52.212-1 ADDENDUM: INSTRUCTION TO QUOTERS GENERAL INTENTION. Marine Corps Installations - National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) has a requirement to procure Full System Dryer Duct Cleaning and Indoor Air Quality Testing. This requirement is in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. Required specifications are listed in the Schedule of Supplies/Services within this solicitation. Customer: USMC Office Candidate School (OCS) Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA 22134 PROCUREMENT APPROACH: The Contractor's quoted item descriptions shall reflect the characteristics and level of quality that will satisfy the Government's need as described in the Schedule of Supplies/Services. A single firm-fixed price contract/purchase order will be issued, and it is the Government's intent to award on an "all-ornone" basis to satisfy this requirement. NOTICE OF SCHEDULED SITE VISIT: Offerors are encouraged to attend a site visit, which is scheduled for Monday, 10 July 2023, starting at 10:00 AM EST. Parties desiring to participate in the site visit must contact Kevin Guertin via e-mail at kevin.guertin@usmc.mil indicating the company name, point of contact, telephone number, and number of persons attending by 11:00 AM EST, 8 July 2023. Address of the site visit is: 2189 Elrod Avenue, Quantico, VA 22134 (meet at the flagpole) QUSETION AND ANSEWRS: Offeror questions shall be submitted electronically to kevin.guertin@usmc.mil NO LATER THAN 1:00 PM, EST, 11 July 2023. PAYMENT TERMS: NET 30. Invoices must be submitted via the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) in accordance with DFARS 252.232-7006 which is included in this solicitation. REQUIRED DELIVERY/PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The Government requires a base period, with provisions for four (4) option periods. The base period of performance shall start on 1 August 2023 or date of award, whichever is later, and run through 10 September 2023. If all Options are exercised (at the discretion of the Government), the period of performance will be broken down as follows: Base Period 1 August 2023 - 10 September 2023 Option Period One 1 August 2024 - 10 September 2024 Option Period Two 1 August 2025 - 10 September 2025 Option Period Three 1 August 2026 - 10 September 2026 Option Period Four 1 August 2027 - 10 September 2027
