| Description | The project consists of the following major elements of construction including but not limited to:Demolition of remaining structures and slabs on site, the rubblization and transport of existing demolition debris around the site that may includes asbestos containing material (ACM), segregation of ACM as required by the contract documents, and additional work at the Old Lupton Mill site, 1210 Mercer Street, Chattanooga, TN. Additional work includes, but is not limited to, spreading and compacting rubble in designated locations, perforation, demolition and/or rubbleization of existing concrete slabs and floors, full or partial removal of concrete structures, clearing and grubbing of vegetation, and installation of new fencing. |
