| Description | The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is seeking offers for the delivery of bulk Type I Portland Cement to various locations in District Two(2). The Contractor must transfer cement from their tanker to SCDOT’s Stoltz Lowboy Spreader. The Stoltz Lowboy spreader capacity is 17 tons. A typical load must be unloaded in two stages. Unload time shall be no more than two (2) hours. A separate invoice and Purchase Order must be issued to cover cost for any demurrage charges. |
