Description

Preparation work includes 1 1/2 IN milling in all areas receiving new asphalt. Repair all severely damaged areas with proper base and depth to receive new ashalt. Clean the entire lot and driveway in preparation for resurfacing. Adjust any manhole rims and drainage covers to allow for positive drainage. Apply binder to allow for proper adhesion. Install wear course of 1.5 IN of bituminous surface course. Roll wearing course. Mill out any entrance areas to assure a smooth transition between new asphalt and existing concrete. Tar all edges where new black top meets asphalt or concrete. Seal and line stripe front parking lot of the Braddock Hills Schools.
