Asphalt Parking Lots and Roadways - Samuel W. Pasco Recreation Complex

Asphalt services, including supplying all labor, materials, equipment to repair, mill or resurface parking lots, and maintenance area, at Samuel W. Pasco Recreation Complex, located at 39835 Chancey Rd, Zephyrhills, FL 33542. 1. Repair, Mill or resurface areas that transfer to sidewalk and pathways as needed and resurface the maintenance area and parking areas, for an estimated amount of twenty thousand two hundred and eighty-six (20,286) square yards of asphalt surface preparation, cleaning and resurfacing all areas. 2. Repair failures to asphalt on and along the edges in all areas, potholes, tree roots, parking bumpers and curbing, etc. 3. Milling may be required in areas next to curbing and walkways. 4. Superpave (SP) 9.5 asphalt overlay once all asphalt failures have been corrected per Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for Construction of Roads and Bridges Current Edition. 5. Once repairs and overlay completed, striping should match existing layout and meet 2020 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) rules for handicap parking.
