Project 1 – Masonry Restoration Front landing and step pointing Remove all existing mortar between stones Inject thin fill adhesive from Edison coatings Install new grout with an approved bonding agent approved by the Facilities Manager Project 2 – Masonry Replacement Restore three (3) sets of steps at the front of the building between the parking lot and sidewalk Remove existing stone treads and/or copings Jackhammer all loos concrete Pour a new cap of concrete – dowel new to old Install new granite treads and steps All exposed concrete to be plastered with stucco (sample to be submitted to Facilities Manager) All work areas to be isolated with a barrier Existing handrails will be reinstalled by the contractor as is
