The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids or portions thereof, to waive any informalities or irregularities in bids, and to accept any bid, in part or whole, which is deemed most favorable to the Village. Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid, or a certified check, cashiers check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the ORC, in the amount of 10% Electronic bid packages can be obtained, at no cost, by emailing David Neumeyer at The GPD Group dneumeyer@gpdgroup.com. Contact David Neumeyer at 330-572-2496 with any questions. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing via e-mail. The person submitting the request shall be responsible for its prompt delivery. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda to all Bidding Documents Holders through e-mail . Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
