Generally, the work includes, but is not limited to: renovating 75 apartment bathrooms by refinishing steel enameled tubs, replacing vanities and toilets, replacing medicine cabinets and light fixtures, refurbishing ceramic tile floors and walls, painting and other incidental items normally associated with a bathroom upgrade.
