Borst Park and Hayes Lake Trails - City of Centralia

Construct a trail from Borst Park around Hayes Lake and connect it to Riverside Park. Also, asphalt the trail around Borst Lake. This would include bridging a wetland adjacent to Hayes Lake. Project is included in the City of Centralia's FY 2023-2027 CIP Document. Per the owner, as of June 16, 2023, no capital construction is taking place for this project at this time. Information regarding a design team has not been disclosed by the owner. A timeline for construction has not been determined. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
