Description

The construction of a parking facility and a stormwater treatment area. The work includes, but not limited to constructing approximately 35,700 ft² (0.82 of an acre) of concrete/asphalt parking area to accommodate a minimum of one hundred (100) parking spaces with an appropriate stormwater system consisting of vegetative swales and a wetretention stormwater treatment area (STA). The STA will be designed to collect stormwater runoff from the plant, the additional improved impervious area, and provisions will be made to also include treatment for potential future impervious area
