Carpet for Public Works Facility

The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is hereby requesting firms to submit competitive bids to carpet the administration area of the Town of Palm Beach Public Works Building, located at 951 Okeechobee Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. SUBMISSION: The Town only accepts online submittal of bids through Bonfire, the eProcurement platform linked to the Town website, promoting a greener footprint. A "MANDATORY" Pre-Bid Meeting/Site Visit will be held at the Public Works Building, located at 951 Okeechobee Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. Date/Time are specified in the "Events" section. Bids from firms who did not have a representative in attendance at the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting/Site Visit shall be deemed not responsible and shall not be considered for award. AWARD: Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Request for Bid. The Town reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal. Prices quoted must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the close of the bid.
