Human Services Building Roof Replacement

Winnebago County is requesting sealed bids to provide all labor, equipment and materials to remove the existing single ply ballasted EPDM roof system down to the deck and provide a new fully adhered 90 mil Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) roof system for Winnebago County Human Services Building at 211 N Commercial St, Neenah, WI. Summary Project Description: Remove existing single ply ballasted EPDM system and replace with a new fully adhered 90-mil Ethylene-Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) roof system with 30 year warranty A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to Winnebago County in an amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany the bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract within ten (10) days after award of the contract. All bids submitted shall be binding for sixty (60) calendar days unless the Contractor(s), upon request of the County, agree to the extension. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to select the bid considered most advantageous to Winnebago County. a.
